"As a caregiver to my husband of 40 years with dementia, I did everything I could to keep him at home and maintain a normal home environment. Thanks to the Alzheimer's and Dementia Foundation staff. They came in an educated our family and offered great community resources that met our needs". Vivian Ann G., Caregiver
"The worst day of my life was the day my mother did not recognize me as her son. I was now her husband and joining her journey was more challenging for me than it was for her. Accepting Alzheimer's was a lifestyle change because I had no idea the affects it had on me emotionally. The Alzheimer's and Dementia Foundation help made me aware of this disease and what to expect. They were very compassionate and made me understand the things that I could not change. God Bless them for their service". David W.
